All Sponsor/Donor nominated participants are considered for programs and activities. Gold Flag Sponsor/Donor nominees are given first consideration followed by Silver and Bronze nominees. However, all veterans and active duty members will be considered and hopefully (with additional funding) can be acknowledged.
